11 X 15 pan & fondant

I want to make your 'triple chocolate cake recipe'. Instead of using 2, 9 inch pans can I use 1, 11 X 15 pan.
Can I use this cake for a fondant cake?
From the editor:
Hi Kirsty,
You can use an 11" x 15" pan, but you'll have to adjust the baking time. Start checking your cake after 20 minutes and every 5-10 minutes after that, until done.
You can use the Triple Chocolate cake for a fondant covered cake. If you refrigerate this particular cake after it's cooled, it becomes very firm. This gives you a good base for your fondant.
