21st birthday cake

This 21st Birthday Cake is a two tiered, filled yellow cake.

The bottom tier is filled with whipped chocolate gananche.

The top tier (strawberry filling) is held up by chocolate fondant beer bottles with edible image labels and an edible mock license adorned a sugar cookie in between the bottom support bottles. The top tier is adorned with a tipped chocolate fondant beer bottle that has spilled over on the top tier as well as the bottom.

To finish the cake I attached two chocolate fondant covered cookie numbers in the cake by lollipop sticks and set a fondant bottle cap in front of the bottle.
