The Girly Garden Cake
I made this Baby Shower Cake for a friend's surprise baby shower.
It's a two tier strawberry cake with chocolate ganache filling and marshmallow fondant. I used cream cheese icing to pipe the "grass" I rolled the fondant roses by hand.
This one got rave reviews at the shower! I have been making cakes for several years now but this one was only my 3rd attempt at using fondant. I have a lot left to learn for sure.
