baking in a different size pan

by Sara

Can I use a 9x13" rectangular pan for the basic white cake recipe, instead of 2 9" round pans?

From the editor:

Hi Sara,

Yes, you can use a 9" x 13" rectangular pan. Use the same oven temperature and start testing the cake after 20 minutes in the oven.
