If I add fresh banana slices to my filling what is the best way to keep the banana slices from turning brown?

Lemon Juice

Hi Celina,

Just brush the banana slices with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Don't be tempted to drop them in a bowl of lemon juice, since this will make them slimy.
