This Batman Cake is chocolate cake filled with strawberries and buttercream covered in fondant.

There are a number of ways to get the look of this great Batman Cake.

Cover the cake with:

1. buttercream.
2. fondant, or
3. modeling chocolate.

Then add the cutout details, using:

1. fondant, or
2. modeling chocolate.
