beer foam
Recently I was asked to make a beer shaped cake, as a grooms cake for a wedding rehearsal dinner for 30 guests.
Making the cake, and cutting it into the shape of either the bottle or beer stein is not the problem. I don't know how to give the cake a 3-d look. The bride only wants to use whipped cream for the cake, so therefore I must tint the cream yellow for the color of the beer. What can I use to give the cream that shiny look that beer in a glass has. Also, what can I use for the beer foam?
If you could pass on to me a recipes and tip ideas I would appreciate it.
