May 27, 2009 Rating harley cake by: cakedeocrator Hi, As you are quite new to cake decorating it may be worth contacting your local sugarcraft / cake decorating shop to see if they have a tin you could hire - wilton do a morotbike tin which looks more like a harley than a 'british' superbike. This might be easier than trying to make a stand up bike! hoep this helps Cake-links

May 26, 2009 Rating Harley Cake by: Michelle (admin) Hi Lisa, A simple way to add some Harley flare to your cake would be to use the chocolate techniques for the police shield from this coffee & donuts cake to replicate a Harley Davidson logo. You could make two and stand them, back-to-back, on top of the cake for a more 3-D look, or make one and lay it flat on top of the cake.
