on the recipe it says to make half of batch of the recipe, what do you mean half???

Do you mean cut half of the measurements???

Hi Iris,
Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Just halve all the amounts listed or make a full batch and freeze half. Buttercream freezes beautifully for up to two months. Just thaw on the counter for an hour, stir until creamy and it's ready to use!
