Do you mean cut half of the measurements???

Half A Batch?

Hi Iris,
Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Just halve all the amounts listed or make a full batch and freeze half. Buttercream freezes beautifully for up to two months. Just thaw on the counter for an hour, stir until creamy and it's ready to use!
