Butter in cream cheese filling

What kind of butter do you recommend using in the cream cheese filling? Basically I am wondering if it should be salted or unsalted, or if that doesn't really make a difference to the taste? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Salted Vs Unsalted Butter
by: Michelle (admin)

Hi Ashley,

I try to use unsalted butter, but I have many times used salted butter very successfully. I don't think there is a noticeable difference in the flavor.
