Cake Filling

I recently made the banana cream filling for a cake, I added the banana pudding mix with the powdered sugar like it said to but my filling still came out gritty. What did I do wrong? Anyone else have this problem?

Hi Teri,

Dissolve the pudding mix in the milk before adding it to the recipe and this should solve your problem.
