Why does my cake stick to the pan on the bottom?

It's probably because the pan isn't greased properly. Here's an easy trick you can use to stop this from happening:
Line the bottom of your pan with a circle of parchment paper, cut to fit. Spray the bottom of the pan lightly with oil so the parchment will stay in place. Also, spray the sides of the pan with oil and your cakes will come out easily every time.
