Cake with mouse inside and fondant outside
by Theresa
(San Jose, CA)
Hi there!
I'm making a cake this Friday for Saturday and I wanted to try your strawberry mouse recipe, but I also plan on applying fondant. I understand that the cake must be refrigerated because of the mouse, but I am worried about the fondant that will be on top. I will apply the fondant Saturday morning. Also, will it be safe to display the cake on the table? Will it go bad due to the mouse?
