a castle cake fit for a princess...

I made this Castle Birthday Cake with 2 x 9" round cakes and one 6" round cake.

Fondant pressed with brick is used for the castle and towers. Turrets were pressed in fondant using a cobblestone texture and wrapped around ice cream cones.

The grass is buttercream with the Wilton grass tip. The mote is piping gel tinted blue.
