chocolate fondant

I've heard that you need to start with chocolate fondant to color it black. If so, how can I make chocolate fondant?
From the editor:
Hi Becky
Yes. Starting with chocolate fondant allows you to use much less when adding the black food color, which will prevent the bitter taste you often get when trying to achieve very bright or dark colors.
To make Chocolate fondant, you can use this Marshmallow fondant recipe and just replace one cup or so, of the powdered sugar with cocoa powder.
