Coconut Frosting Ideas
by: Michelle (admin)

Hi Sola,

There are lots of ways to make a coconut frosting. Here's a few to get you started:

1. Make up your favorite buttecream recipe, replacing any liquid in the recipe with coconut milk and add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract, to taste.

2. Use your favorite cream cheese frosting recipe and add a package of coconut instant pudding mix with the powdered sugar.

3. Make up your favorite coconut pudding recipe and add a cup or two of powdered sugar to stiffen the mix enough to use for filling.

Good luck.

Regards,
Michelle (editor)
