Corn syrup v.s. Light corn syrup
by Rachel
(Florida)
I was wondering if I could use light corn syrup other then corn syrup when making modeling chocolate. Thanks!
From the editor:
Hi Rachel,
The 'light' refers to the color only. You wouldn't want to use dark corn syrup, since it would affect the ability to tint the modeling chocolate and achieve a true color.
