Yeah, this is soooo yummy! I made the white chocolate for the middle of a chocolate cake, and it was a huge hit- light texture, creamy & rich! I am looking forward to trying other flavors; I'm thinking banana :o)

I made this tonight for my husband's Birthday cake. I used chocolate instant pudding with the extra creamy cool whip as sugguested and WOW. We haven't eaten it with the cake (that's for tomorrow) but if it's half as good as it is alone we are surely in for a treat!! It was quick and easy to make.

This chocolate mousse filling was a huge success at my cousins party. I was asked to make a cake and wanted something different. The praises were unreal.
The taste is the best ever. This is something that all ages will love. EXCELLENT. Thanks for sharing.

This recipe was a hit. I did make it with the chocolate pudding but used the extra creamy Cool Whip and the consistency was great. Not as forgiving though as regular icing/filling so be careful if you are making two layers. Wherever you lay that second layer is where it is going to stay!

This is so easy to make. I made it with vanilla pudding and it was so tasty! I can't wait to try it with other flavored puddings!

White Chocolate "Mousse"

I like to make delicious filling using boxed instant pudding.

2 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 boxes (3.4 oz or 4serving size) white chocolate instant pudding
12oz thawed frozen whipped topping

mix all ingredients, one at a time, in a stand mixer, in the order listed. the filling should be pretty stiff before you add the whipped topping. You'll need to refrigerate whatever you are filling.

This stuff is so good you'll want to put it on everything. Go ahead. I've used it in canoli's and cakes, for cookie sandwiches and just by itself with fruit.

Change the flavor of the pudding to suit your needs. the only thing that will be tricky is chocolate. I haven't gotten it to mix thoroughly before breaking down. Yet.
