Jan 28, 2012 Rating Fantastic! NEW by: JLDonovan I made this tonight for my husband's Birthday cake. I used chocolate instant pudding with the extra creamy cool whip as sugguested and WOW. We haven't eaten it with the cake (that's for tomorrow) but if it's half as good as it is alone we are surely in for a treat!! It was quick and easy to make. Thank you so much for the recipe.

The praises were unreal. The taste is the best ever. This is something that all ages will love. EXCELLENT. Thanks for sharing.

Apr 30, 2010 Rating This was a hit! NEW by: Anonymous This recipe was a hit. I did make it with the chocolate pudding but used the extra creamy Cool Whip and the consistency was great. Not as forgiving though as regular icing/filling so be careful if you are making two layers. Wherever you lay that second layer is where it is going to stay!

Mar 18, 2009 Rating White Chocolate "Mousse" NEW by: Anonymous I like to make delicious filling using boxed instant pudding. 2 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream 2 boxes (3.4 oz or 4serving size) white chocolate instant pudding 12oz thawed frozen whipped topping mix all ingredients, one at a time, in a stand mixer, in the order listed. the filling should be pretty stiff before you add the whipped topping. You'll need to refrigerate whatever you are filling. This stuff is so good you'll want to put it on everything. Go ahead. I've used it in canoli's and cakes, for cookie sandwiches and just by itself with fruit. Change the flavor of the pudding to suit your needs. the only thing that will be tricky is chocolate. I haven't gotten it to mix thoroughly before breaking down. Yet. I hope you like this. Good Luck.
