discarding fondant

How long do I have before the marshmallow fondant needs to be discarded. and How much fondant in the pink and white do I need for the Princess, cake, I am going to make it for my daughter.

Hi Shauna,

Since the Princess Cake was submitted by one of our site visitors, I can't be sure how much fondant was used, but I can give you an educated guess. I think if you make one batch of white and one batch of pink marshmallow fondant, you'll have enough to complete the project. The fondant will last for 2 weeks in the fridge or up to two months in the freezer.
