Filling amount

I am making a full sheet cake and I wanted to know how much filling I will need to make I am using the basic buttercream filling and adding choc. chips.

Hi Joan,

You'll need about 3 1/2 cups of filling between each layer of a full sheet cake. One recipe of the basic buttercream makes about 9 cups.
