FILLING

I have your recipe for white chocolate raspberry cream cheese filling.

I was wondering do I melt the chocolate chips or do I put them in whole?

Hi,

You can do either. Un-melted, the chocolate adds little pockets of flavor and texture, or melted, the white chocolate flavor becomes more subtle and incorporated.
