Fire Engine Birthday Cake

move aside...fire engine cake coming through
This fire engine birthday cake was made by stacking two 9"x13" sheet cakes and carving them into the shape of a fire truck. I then decorated the fire engine using buttercream icing.
When I was done, I put the fire truck on top of a larger sheet cake to serve as the platform and add more servings to the birthday cake.
I have been decorating cakes for about 8 years...since I did my son's first birthday cake!
