This Fish Birthday Cake is one of several I made for my sons 1st birthday.

It is a Chocolate cake, made with two 8" round cake pans. I used one full round to make the body of the fish, and cut the second one to make the fins, and lips. (use your imagination!)

To decorate as shown, use a star tip (#18 or similar) to decorate the entire cake.

The blue water it is not cake. It's the platform the cake sits on.
