fondant and cream cheese frosting

How far in advance before the day you need it, can you make make up a batch of the marshmallow fondant and the cream cheese frosting?

If you can make it in advance, how do you keep it until you need it?

Hi,

You can make up both the Marshmallow fondant and the Cream Cheese Frosting recipes about a week or so ahead of time.

Just wrap the fondant well and store it in the refrigerator. Knead it by hand for a few minutes to soften it, when you are ready to use it. You can also store the cream cheese frosting, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
