Fondant Icing Writers

Can I use fondant icing writers in tubes to decorate on buttercream frosting or do I have to use it on fondant only?

Hi Terri,

You can use the Fondant Icing Writer on buttercream too. Just refrigerate your buttercream covered cake for 20-30 minutes to let the buttercream firm up a little and you're good to go.
