gumpaste loopy bow

How can I make a gumpaste bow? I want to use an Extruder
so that I am working with thin tubes instead of flat ribbons of gumpaste...any suggestions.

First add a small amount of vegetable shortening inside the extruder tube. Work a little shortening into the gumpaste. Roll into a long thin sausage and put in extruder. Press ropes out onto parchemnt paper and cut off desired lengths. (to make this easier, fold parchment in the lenghts you need, when you pipe out the lenghts they will all be the same size.)Immediately press ends and let dry on parchemnt. This should work for you.
