"Honey Do List"

I need an idea for a "Honey Do List" cake for a young guy getting married. All I can come up with is writing the list and I have molds for a fish and some fishing equipment, thinking of saying sorry I've gone fishing. I don't have molds for household tools like hammer, screwdrivers and so on...need to serve 50 guests.

Honey Do List Ideas

Here's an idea for your "Honey Do List" cake:

Cover a cake all over with grass (use a #234 tip), except for an area that looks like the path of a lawn mower. Make garden clippers, hammer, nails etc using the multi-color chocolate method and scatter them over the top and sides of the cake. Make your list from chocolate or fondant and place at the end of the path. You could make a tape measure from fruit by the foot or fondant and surround the cake with it for a fun, extra detail.

For 50 people, you'll need a 12" round tier and a 9" round tier or, you could do something different and stack two 10" tiers on top of each other.

Good luck.
