How do I make icing that only contains nutella milk & butter

I have a party but I don't have enough money to buy icing and decorations for my cupcakes please help me!

Hi Sabrina,

Beat about 8 ounces of butter until it's lighter in color and fluffy (5-8 minutes, depending on your mixer). Add 1 cup or more of Nutella and beat until well incorporated. You probably won't need the milk. The consistency should be pretty good with just the Nutella and butter.

If the frosting is too soft to hold it's shape immediately after mixing, just refrigerate for several minutes until it firms up a little.

Frost each cupcake with a high swirl of the frosting to finish. You can use either a decorating bag that's not fitted with any tip or, if you don't have one, a ziploc bag with a corner snipped off.
