I need good sugar-free cake recipes?

I need a good sugar-free cake recipe to offer to customers. I have never even tried a sugar-free cake, never really thought about it, but had a someone ask if I could/would make one.

Get yourself a copy of "Sweet and Sugar Free" by Karen Barkie. There are some great sugar free cake recipes in that book, like the banana walnut cake, that I have made for customers and they always come back for more.
