In Need of ideas for a "great escape" cake

Hello,
I'm very new to cake making and I need to make a beautiful cake based on the film 'Great Escape'.
if you haven't seen it it's basicly where some guys escape from a prison camp in WW2 by digging out. Any ideas anyone? Or at least some help on making fondant people, or preferably a motorcycle?

I really think that to make it easy on yourself, you could use a small model motorbike on the cake.
