Making fondant flowers before the day of cake.

Am I able to make my 3d fondants flowers well before the day of the cake?

If so, how long and how would I store them?

Hi,

You can make fondant flowers up to a month in advance. Just store them at room temperature, in a loosely covered cardboard box. A shoe box is perfect for the this.
