How long does it take the marshmallow fondant to set up or to harden?
For example, I want to make flowers out of it...how long does it take for them to harden?

Add a touch of Gum Tex to your fondant and knead in until it feels soft and pliable. Allow to dry for 24 hours. The Gum Tex will aid the drying and hardening process while making the fondant easier to work with.
