More about chocolate ganache

Dear Michelle, thank you for getting back so quickly to me... I have one more question...my cake is do Saturday and I planed to filled and frosted with ganache on Thursday evening and cover it with fondant on Friday evening is this OK? Also is it better to prepare chocolate ganache Thursday morning or Wednesday evening?

That's a good time line. You could make the ganache either Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
