Need cake contest design ideas!

I am doing a youth cake contest and one of the judges is Buddy Valastro from the show "Cake Boss" I am so nervous and to top it off I don't know what to do for a cake theme and even a cake flavor I am doing three layers and i am a begginner only 13 so Nothing too complicated also this is my first cake competition so I need help PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi Kayla,
I recommend something simple but spectacular, like Lemon Ginger pound cake with Whipped Lemon Mousse filling.
For a theme or decoration idea, try something fun like a designer purse cake. Check Flickr for lots of inspirational pictures to inspire you.
