NO BAKING OVEN

Hi! this is Maheen........I have a problem to be solved. I DO NOT HAVE AN OVEN........actually I have a microwave oven but not a baking oven so please get me out of this troublesome situation because I need to make a cake for my friends birthday.
I am sure you'll suggest some alternative to [[BAKING OVEN]] FOR SURE

Hi Maheen,

You can adapt any cake recipe for microwave cooking easily. Just follow these tips:

An important note first - make sure the pan you use is glass or ceramic, not metal.

1. mix whatever recipe you're using exactly as directed in the recipe

2. line the bottom of the pan with wax or parchment paper to prevent sticking

3. cover the top of the cake batter with wax or parchment paper

4. microwave on high power for about 10-minutes or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean
