I wanted to make a fun cake for my daughter Olivia's 17th birthday, what better way to go than an Olivia The Pig Cake.

I just followed the instructions from this site. I probably could have used just a half batch of the buttercream. I didn't have a piping bag, so I used a freezer bag, cut one corner, make sure the hole is much smaller than you think so it stretches around the nozzle (had plenty of these floating around in my junk drawer) and tapped the nozzle to the plastic bag.

Cooked the tummy in a small mixing bowl, floured and greased. I was worried it wouldn't come out but had no problem, this took a little longer to cook than the pan cake.
