Oven Pan Cake

Hi,

I always have to make an oven pan cake for kiddies parties, but the thing is, it doesn't rise very high and then it looks flat, do you have any easy and not to expensive cake recipes for me? Thank you, Lizelle

Hi Lizelle,

I'm assuming by 'oven pan' you mean what we would call a sheet pan, here in the US. If that's the case, you can't go wrong with the Marble Cake recipe. Kids love Marble Cake. Just make 1 1/2 times the recipe for a sheet pan.

And don't forget to come back and show off your cakes once you're done.
