Pirate Ship Cake surrounded by Puff the "Matcha" Dragon
To make the Pirate Ship Cake:
Inside: Devil's food chocolate cake,
strawberries, chocolate mousse filling.
Outside: Chocolate ganache, pretzels, cigar cookies, royal icing.
Puff the Matcha Dragon (wraps around the ship on the Pirate Cake):
Inside: Yellow cake layered with apricot jam.
Outside: Chocolate fins, pumpkin seed scales, Matcha (Green Tea) buttercream made from scratch.
Ocean:
Inside: Lemon cake with lemon buttercream. Silver dragee bubbles on waves.
Gold chocolate coins for edge accent.
