Pizza Cake

I made this Pizza Cake cake for my son's 11th birthday party.

We decided to have a pizza party and this cake was the perfect icing on top!

The marshmallow mushrooms and candy melt pepperonis even had a few of the children fooled!!

I used a 16 inch round cake pan, strawberry glaze and red icing and candy toppings.

A Pizza Cake is a really fun and easy idea for your next birthday cake. You don't need to know any piping or decorating techniques to complete this project. If you can make a pizza, you can make this cake!

To easily re-create the grated cheese you could use shaved or grated white chocolate and for the green herb accents you could tear small pieces of green fruit leather (fruit roll-ups).

A Pizza Cake is the perfect centerpiece for any sports related party theme and I can't think of any boys (little or big) who wouldn't love this cake for their next birthday.
