Pound Cake Question

Just a quick question, I was wondering what are the keeping qualities of your pound cake recipe. I would like to try this recipe for my sons 21st birthday cake but need to make it a couple of days in advance.

Hi Roslyn,

There's absolutely no problem making the pound cake a few days in advance. I do that with all my decorated cakes. I wouldn't make it more than 3-4 days in advance if you can help it.
