question about butter measurement
by Dianne
(Saskatchewan, Canada)
As I am going through this wonderful web site, I am reading the recipe's and I notice that the amount of butter used is referred to "in sticks". How much is that Equivalent to in cups?
From the editor:
Hi Dianne,
A stick of butter is four ounces or 115 grams. Measuring by weight rather than volume will give you better results.
Thanks for your question.
