Raspberry White Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling

This recipe calls for 1 cup white chocolate chips. Could I melt the chocolate chips and then add it to the recipe so there wouldn't be chunks in the filling?

You can absolutely melt the chocolate. Just cool it a little before adding to the mix and you'll be fine.
