Royal Icing & Fruit Leather
by: Michelle (admin)

Royal icing is a made from powdered sugar (icing sugar), meringue powder and water. I've never seen it referred to by any other name.

Fruit leather could also be called fruit roll-ups. Fruit leather is dried fruit, about 1/8" thick that comes in strips or sheets.

Hope this helps.
