Stacking cake layers

by Maggie
(Nashville, TN)

I am going to attempt my first wedding cake (just a trial run). I would like 2-3 square layers stacked, no dowels, basically no height between the layers. I am using a foam board under each layer. Do I need to do anything else?

Process of the writing and reading are intricate and complex. The students cannot argue and claim for the success and good living if they have lagged superiorpapers review and triumph oriented. It is overall development and progressive in nature for the students and individuals.

Wedding Cake Support

Hi Maggie,

Foam board is good for the main cake board, but you will still need dowels to support the top tier, particularly for a wedding cake. I would recommend cardboard cake rounds in between the tiers.

I wouldn't take the chance of anything collapsing for such an important occasion.
