Stacking large cake layers?
I am going to be baking 2 12"x18" cakes and stacking them to make it a 2layer sheet cake. I will be using one of your buttercream fillings and decorator's frosting.
I think I can turn the first layer out onto a cake board but I can't figure out how to get the second layer on top of the filling without tearing it.What is the best way to do this?
