tiara cake pan recipes of many flavors and combo of flavors

looking for recipes to use my tiara pan to its max.Pan with a 1/2 inch well in the middle.

Hi Cindy,

As I understand it, a tiara pan is a basic flan pan that leaves an indentation in the middle of the cake, once it's inverted. Then you fill this indentation with a filling and, often, a topping of some sort.

Here are some ideas for flavor combinations:

1. Lemon cake with blueberry fruit filling and white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

2. Chai spice cake with cinnamon apple pie filling and cinnamon swirl buttercream topping.

3. Coconut cake with Mango fruit filling and Lime cheesecake frosting.
