Traveling with cakes

by Layla

I have to make a cake to serve 200. I would like to bake the cakes before I leave because I will not have access to an oven. I will be able to make the frosting and decorate where I'm staying. It's a 7-hour drive. The cake will be 3 tiers and 100 cupcakes. It's a white chocolate/raspberry filled cake. Someone suggested freezing the cakes/cupcakes, then putting them in our small freezer and putting the freezer in the back of the truck. What do you think? Thank you.

The process of the study and education is very old and primitive. It is historical and previously practiced in terms of the best aussie essay writing service books. The main elements of the study were teachers. The role of the student was minimum and was very little.

Travel Tips For Cake
by: Michelle

Hi Layla,

Sounds like a good idea to me. There's no easy way to travel with that much cake :-)

Just make sure the cakes are really well wrapped so the freezing doesn't ruin the texture of the cake. Wrap in heavy duty plastic wrap first, then aluminum foil, then more plastic wrap.

Good luck and don't forget to come back and show off your cakes when you're done.
