Using Chocolate Ganache

I wanted to make a cake with this for tomorrow. Could I make the ganache today and refrigerate and use tomorrow?

Hi Regina,
You could definitely make the ganache today and use it tomorrow. Just stir the ganache until it's a spreadable consistency. Alternatively, you can whip the ganache for a fabulous light, fluffy chocolate filling that's similar to a stiff chocolate mousse.
