what kind of milk should I use to make buttercream?

Hi,

In your buttercream basic recipe, what kind of milk is used?

I use whatever I have on hand - sometimes full cream milk, sometimes skim. It doesn't really matter. You can even use cream or water. It's a pretty forgiving recipe.
