Splitting Cake Layers
by: Michelle (admin)

Hi Nykole,

I always split the cake layers after they've been cooled, wrapped in plastic and refrigerated overnight preferably (but at least a few hours).

I've just added this video tutorial about splitting cake layers, which you may find useful too.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Michelle (editor)
